Our Brand Story

Many clients have asked us why we are named FOTO88 when we are doing corporate gifts? FOTO88 was founded by Mr Ben Ng in 1974 as a color developing studio developing photos for thousands of satisfied clients. At our peak, we had 7 color developing studios and was one of the largest color centres in Singapore. Forseeing the decline in the color developing industry due to the growth of the era of the digital camera, Mr Ben decided to move into the printing industry. We had many established clients such as Shangri-La Hotels, Four Seasons Hotel and Thomson Reuters who was only know as Reuters then. These clients loved our service and urged us to expand our offerings to have Corporate Gift as well so they could enjoy the same quality and service standards that FOTO88 has come to stand for. Thus, our Corporate Gift Division was started and has flourished ever since. We went into manufacturing our own leather gifts and bags to ensure that we can keep check on the quality. Our QC department was also set up to maintain the quality of the products sourced from other factories. FOTO88 has since gone on to win the Service Excellence Awards 2014 and 2015 and Asia Pacific Brand Awards 2015 further boosting our client’s confidence in us!
