After confirming your order, our team will request for a logo/message from you. We recommend your logo to be in Adobe Illustrator (AI format). Other file formats may cause unnecessary delays and additional charges. By the end of the order, you will receive your soft copy back.

For ready stocks, please expect a minimum of 7-10 working days for the item to be delivered to you. For custom products made locally, an average of 2-4 weeks is required. Lastly, custom products made in China will be delivered within 4-8 weeks.

All of our products will be delivered with a local courier service, and FREE delivery will be applied for shipping within Klang Valley.
